Lake Health Initiative

The objective of the Lake Raponda Association's Lake Health and Well-being Initiative is to preserve and enhance the health and well-being of Lake Raponda and its surrounding area.  Its strategic priorities are:
  1. Prevent occurrence of aquatic invasive species problems.
  2. Develop working relationships among LRA, Town of Wilmington, and State of Vermont.
  3. Minimize shoreland erosion.
  4. Minimize algae blooms, excessive weed growth, and mucky deposits.
  5. Heighten awareness of good septic system management.
